Bequests

Please seek legal advice when you are making your will. If you would like to leave a gift to MMA in your Will here are some wording options. You should discuss these with your solicitor:

  1. To give a percentage of your estate to MMA...
    I give and bequeath ____ per cent of my estate to Medical Mission Auxiliary Inc
    of 9-13 Queen Street, Blackburn Vic. 3130 (P.O. Box 410) for its general purposes and
    declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty.
     
  2. To give an amount to MMA...
    I give and bequeath the SUM of _______ to Medical Mission Auxiliary Inc of 9-13 Queen Street, Blackburn Vic. 3130 (P.O. Box 410) for its general purposes and declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty.
  3. To give the whole of your estate to MMA...
    I give and bequeath to Medical Mission Auxiliary Inc of 9-13 Queen Street, Blackburn Vic. 3130 (P.O. Box 410) the WHOLE of my estate for its general purposes and declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty.
  4. To give the remainder of your estate to MMA...
    After the foregoing provisions of my Will for my family and friends have been carried out I give the rest and residue of whatever kind of my estate remaining for the general purposes of Medical Mission Auxiliary Inc of 9-13 Queen Street, Blackburn Vic. 3130 (P.O. Box 410) and declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty.
